专利摘要:
Process for assembling a slider to the fabric of an article of clothing or outfit thereof. A slider is used as made of thermoplastic material, having a portion defining at least one passage and slide slot for a ribbon and a fabric anchoring portion; the fabric is contacted with the slider anchoring zone, then ultrasonic vibrations are generated to provide partial melting for the thermoplastic material of the corresponding slider portion, at the same time applying a pressure to the fabric for causing the diffusion of the molten thermoplastic material through the fabric loops.

专利说明:

The invention relates to buckles used in articles of clothing.
Known buckle for braid containing a flat case made of thermoplastic material, consisting of two parts connected to one another, one of which has at least one eyelet for passing braid formed by a jumper, and the other has a fastening zone with 10 braid [1].
The method of connecting this type of buckles with braid is that the braid is fixed to the buckle in the 15th fastening zone using a sewing machine, and then the braid is manually inserted into the eyelet [1].
The disadvantage of the known buckles is that its design obes- 20 ensures, its connection to the braid with a high degree of manual labor.
The purpose of the invention is to provide automation of the connection of the buckle with braid.
The goal is achieved by the fact that in the buckle for the braid containing a flat, the case is made of thermoplastic material, consisting of two parts connected to one another, one of which has at least one eyelet for the passage of the braid, formed by a jumper, and the other is a fastening zone with braid, the housing has in the attachment zone protrusions located perpendicular to its plane.
The buckle case may have a reduced thickness * in the fastening zone with the braid, as well as a cover plate with protrusions located perpendicular to the plane of the plate and facing the case.
The buckle case can be made of two., Identical opposite 180 ° rotated relative to each other parts having each reduced thickness in the fastening zone and the shoulder and forming a buckle with a jumper from the shoulders facing one another when applied.
The housing may have two eyes formed by a jumper having concave surfaces at its ends for engagement with the sides of the housing.
The method of connecting the buckle with the braid is that the braid is fixed on the πχτβΜ buckle to weld the braid material with the protrusions on the body using ultrasound, and the braid is inserted into the eye with the help of a punch followed by removal of the punch.
In FIG. 1 shows the proposed 'buckle'; in FIG. 2 is a section AA in FIG. 1; in FIG. 3 - buckle with reduced thickness in the fastening zone with braid; in FIG. 4 - cover plate; in FIG. 5 is a section bB in figure 4; in FIG. 6 - section bb nafig. 3; in FIG. 7 is an embodiment of a buckle; in FIG. 8 is a section GG in FIG. 7; ”in FIG. 9 is a section DD in Fig.7; in FIG. 10 is another embodiment of a buckle; in Fig.11 a cross-section EE in Fig.10; 12 section FJ in Fig. GO; in FIG. 13 is another embodiment of a buckle; in FIG. 14 is a section of the ZTZ in Fig.13; in FIG. 15 - jumper; in Fig.16 section II in Fig. thirteen; in FIG. 17 option to connect the jumper with a buckle; in FIG. 18 is a section KK in Fig.17; in FIG. 19 - jumper, option; in FIG. 20 is a section LL in Fig.17; in FIG. 21-25 are shown schematically connected buckles with braid.
The buckle contains a housing made of thermoplastic material, having an eyelet 1 formed by a jumper 2 for passing the braid 3 and the tabs 4 in the fastening zone 5 of the buckle with braid.
The jumper 2 can be made in the form of one shoulder (figure 1) or two shoulders 6 and 7 (Fig.Z). The end 8 of the jumper is slightly thickened and bent towards the rest of the buckle.
The housing in the fastening zone 5 may have a smaller thickness, compared with the rest, to reduce the total thickness of the buckle with the braid material, and a cover plate 9 with protrusions 10 (Fig.3’6), which allows to increase the strength of the buckle without increasing its dimensions.
The buckle case can be made of two identical parts having each shoulder 11, opposite 10 "5 but directed and turned one relative to the other by 180 ° so that when combined their shoulders are facing one another and form a jumper (Fig. 7-9) . Both parts have a reduced thickness in the attachment zone and a recess 12 for more accurate overlapping of both parts.
In FIG. Figures 10-12 show a variant of the buckle having two eyes 13 and 14, separated by a jumper in the form of shoulders 15 and 16. The eye in the buckle can be divided by a removable jumper 17 having concave surfaces 18 at the ends, due to which it is mounted on the sides of the housing (Fig.13-16). The jumper 17 can be attached to the buckle by ultrasonic welding using conical protrusions 19.
The method of connecting the buckle with braid is as follows.
First, using the ultrasonic welding tool 20, fasten the buckle with a braid (Fig. 21). When welding, the protrusions 4 are heated to the melting temperature, under the influence of the applied pressure, the molten thermoplastic material penetrates the material. braid and with subsequent cooling firmly connected with it. With the help of the punch 21, the braid is introduced into the eyelet of the buckle, with etm the punch pushes the shoulders of the bridge. After the removal of the punch, the shoulders of the bridge due to their elasticity return to their original position, and the braid remains in the eye (Fig.23-25 /.
When performing the buckle in accordance with Figs. 13 and 17, the buckle is welded to the braid, inserted with the eyelet, the sewn loop is removed from the hook and fastened
If the jumper is connected to the sides of the buckle by welding, this connection can be made simultaneously with the welding of 50 braid and buckle.
punch the braid into the propunch, in the formed we introduce a jumper with a buckle.
